Care Management & Navigation Services
WebTPA's Care Management program offers specialized services and a team of experienced nurses to assist you in managing your health needs. This program aims at eliminating barriers to care by providing health education, collaboration with your providers, and guidance navigating the complexities between your health needs and insurance benefits. Member Advocates are also available to assist you with locating a provider and acting as non-clinical liaisons to help simplify the complexities of using your benefits.
Care Management Program
The Care Management Program is available to you as a part of your health benefit plan. Care Management nurses provide support to you and your family members as you navigate the complex world of healthcare.
CVS
CVS offers you low or no-cost convenience care at CVS MinuteClinics® and CVS HealthHUBs®. These walk-in clinics offer over 125 different services, from flu shots to chronic condition management.
Basic PPO & Network Only EPO Plan Members: CVS services are covered at 100%
High HSA & Low HSA Plan Members: Must meet the in-network deductible before receiving CVS services at no cost.

For providers:
WebTPA is the medical claims administrator for the Prudential-sponsored medical program. The provider network is Aetna Signature Administrators and all claims are to be sent to WebTPA. The claims payer ID for WebTPA is #75261.

WebTPA Representatives are available weekdays between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Outside of these hours, you can leave a message at any time. Urgent messages (e.g. verification of coverage or authorization for urgent or emergency care) left via voicemail after hours will be returned in approximately 15 minutes.
