My Health Hub
The WebTPA website and mobile app have moved to an online portal called My Health Hub. This portal brings you a digital experience to make it easier to access your health plan information whenever you need it.
If you had an account on the WebTPA member portal, you will need to register again to use My Health Hub going forward. To register, click on the login button at the top of the page. Your previous claims and health information will be loaded into your new My Health Hub account.
Go mobile and download the My Health Hub app.
You can download the My Health Hub mobile app by visiting the Apple App store or Google Play for Android.
If you previously downloaded the WebTPA mobile app, you should delete it and download the My Health Hub app.
Look for this app icon in the app store.
Enhanced coverage at CVS MinuteClinics and CVS HealthHUBs
Prudential members can obtain low or no-cost convenience care for services at CVS MinuteClinics® and CVS HealthHUBs® (members enrolled in the High HSA or Low HSA must meet the in-network deductible before receiving these services at no cost). These walk-in clinics offer over 125 different services, from flu shots to chronic condition management.

WebTPA is the medical claims administrator for the Prudential-sponsored medical program. The provider network is Aetna Signature Administrators and all claims are to be sent to WebTPA. The claims payer ID for WebTPA is #75261.
Physical claims can be sent to: WebTPA, PO Box 99906, Grapevine, TX 76099-9706.
