1995

Communitas, our care management sister company, was formed

1998

Developed proprietary claims system to meet custom claims processing needs

2006

Selected as the backroom administrator for a large national carrier

2007

Opened the San Antonio office

2012

Began Centers of Excellence Bundled Payment Program administration. Today, we administer Bundled Payments Programs for over 3 million members 

2013

Selected to administer a large regional network of 40+ employer groups in Louisiana

2016

Created the first Mentorship Program class of employees

2019
