Who is WebTPA?

WebTPA is a third-party administrator that processes health plan claims and provides member support on behalf of Baptist Health's benefit plan. We provide a dedicated team to assist you with questions about your benefits, providers and claims.

Begin using your new combined ID card for medical and pharmacy on January 1, 2024. If you did not receive your ID card in the mail or need a replacement ID card, please call member services at 855.318.0376. You can also access your ID card by logging into your My Health Hub account.

Introducing My Health Hub

My Health Hub brings you a tailored, digital healthcare platform. We’ve built this digital experience with you in mind, so you can access your health plan information whenever you need it. Create your My Health Hub account by scrolling to the top of the page and selecting "Member Log In".

Your medical network

WebTPA will administer claims for the Baptist Health Plan. As in prior years, you will have the best benefit when using Baptist Health providers and facilities. For services not available through Baptist Health or your providers, you will have access to EHN and Aetna.

You will be able to login to My Health Hub and use a provider search to locate a doctor or service near you.
