How to Read Your ID Card
WebTPA is your plan administrator for the Auto Club Enterprises Health Plan. Click the button that corresponds with your elected health plan to review a breakdown of how to read your ID card. Please advise your provider to contact the number listed on your insurance card to verify coverage on your next visit.
For Your Providers
WebTPA is the medical claims administrator for the Auto Club Enterprises medical program. Depending on your plan, you have access to either the Aetna Signature Administrators network or both the EHN and Aetna Signature Administrators networks. Regardless, all claims are to be sent to WebTPA. The claims payer ID for WebTPA is #75261.
Paper claims can be sent to: WebTPA, PO Box 99906, Grapevine, TX 76099-9706.

CVS Caremark
CVS / Caremark is the Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) for the health plan.
To find an in-network pharmacy and learn more about your pharmacy benefits, register your account at caremark.com or call the CVS Customer Care at 888.626.1139.
Lantern (formerly Employer Direct Healthcare / Surgery Plus) Programs
- Surgical Benefits
Lantern is your exclusive source of coverage for certain required surgical procedures, including bariatric, joint replacement, and spinal surgery. In partnership with Auto Club Enterprises, Lantern covers the most expensive costs associated with your surgery, so you don’t have to.
Many other elective surgeries are also available through Lantern.
Using this program will give you access to the Surgeons of Excellence program, which will minimize costs for surgical procedures and provide you with a full concierge of service ready to serve your needs.
By utilizing this program, ACE will waive your coinsurance, meaning you will only be responsible for the amount up to your plan deductible.

Maternity Management
- Maternity Management through our Healthy Beginnings program supports you and your baby during pregnancy and after delivery. Our OB nurses collaborate with you to get needed resources in place for an optimal birth experience (doulas, lactation consultants, breast pumps, etc.)
- Program includes trimester-specific check-ins with resources and tips, as well as monitoring for any potential high-risk indicators.

What is a Maximum Benefit Program?
Healthcare costs for procedures can vary widely because providers have different pricing contracts. To manage these differences, health plans set reimbursement limits for certain procedures. Limits are based on claims data and cover standard procedure rates.
Your plan will pay up to a set dollar limit for certain procedures provided at an in-network hospital. The covered procedures and limits are below.
